The new Mitsubishi Melservo MR-J3 generation of servo drives delivers state-of-the-art technology and simple operation in a very compact package.

Some features include:

The MR-J3 series is available in three versions.

The MR-J3-A models are suitable for drive systems with conventional control and are designed for regulating speed, torque and position control tasks.

The MR-J3-B models are specified for complex, multi-axis movement sequences and for use in networked automation systems.

The latest MR-J3-T version of the J3 Servo system offers on-board 'Motion Control'.

Positioning operation can be performed just by setting position data (target positions), servo motor speeds and acceleration/deceleration time constant in the point tables as if setting them in parameters.

The AC servo drives can be used as the field network’s drive source. This servo amplifier is the most appropriate when simplifying a system or configuring a simple positioning system without programs.

The MR-J3-T also connects to the High Speed CC-Link 'open' network as standard. By using MR Configurator (setup software) together with the servo amplifier, easier operation with advanced functions are possible.

The MR-J3 is currently available with outputs from 50W to 7kW. Units with higher outputs are being added to the range at regular intervals.
